Midweek - Sunday to Thursday Nights -  $250 per room per night (minimum 2 night stay if only 1 room booked) maximum 2 adults per room.

Weekends - Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday Nights -  $275 per room per night (minimum 2 night stay and the booking must be for 2 rooms, ie total tarrif $1100.00) maximum 2 adults per room. (Please note that from Jan 1st the weekend rate will be $1200.00)

Our rates includes a full hot country breakfast hamper for each morning.  The breakfast hamper includes bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, juice, seasonal fruits, house-made muesli, cereal, yogurt, milk, a selection of breads, butter, real coffee, leaf tea and hot chocolate depending on availability.

NOTE:  If the cottage is booked for just one room during the week, the 2nd bedroom is not rented out to other couples.
