Conditions of Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Weekend Bookings - 2 Night minimum stay on weekends (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun) and must be for the whole cottage (2 bedrooms).

Sunday to Thursday Nights - 1 Couple bookings are accepted but must be for a minimum 2 night stay. 2 Couple bookings for one night accepted.

Check in time is 3pm and check out by noon. Variations may be possible, please ask. Lilies is a small luxury cottage and cancellations can affect us greatly. Therefore we require 50% of the total tariff at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 3 weeks prior to check-in time are subject to loss of 50% of the tariff unless the cottage can be rebooked. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of check-in time are subject to 100% of the tariff unless re-booked. If rebooked the tariff will be refunded less a $35.00 admin charge. We require our guests to read and sign our Conditions of Booking form upon confirmation of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express All prices include GST . There is No Smoking inside the cottage, no pets allowed and Lilies is an adults only retreat.
